Steven has over 30 years’ experience in Construction & Property Development, and is deeply involved in all aspects of the business, from project initiation to completion. It is his passion for quality, affordable residential solutions which powers the driving force behind the company’s success.

Roger is a registered Open Licensed Builder with over 20 years of construction experience, spanning across residential and commercial projects. Roger is involved throughout the design and development stages of each project he has worked on maintaining a close working relationship with each design consultant. Roger has an Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction with vast experience in project development and construction management. With more than 30 years of field experience, Roger's experience is pivotal to project delivery.

Ian joined CS Development Group in 2017 bringing 60 years of experience in the building industry as a builder and building surveyor. He holds a building degree from QUT (B.App.Sc – Const Mgmnt). Ian holds a Builder – Open licence. Ian has operated his own building enterprises in the past which focused on residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Fahad Khan is a highly skilled Project Manager and Team Leader with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's degree in Construction Management. With a successful tenure at CS Development Group (CSDG) from 2017 to 2021, Fahad played a vital role in delivering key projects. After gaining valuable experience in commercial construction, Fahad rejoined CSDG in 2023 to lead the company through future growth and evolution.

Kirsten Ockford, our Health, Safety & Environmental Manager, is a seasoned professional in high-risk construction environments. With expertise spanning commercial construction, civil infrastructure, demolition, craneage, mechanical and electrical installations, precast concrete manufacturing, commissioning, and rail, Kirsten brings extensive knowledge and experience to our team. Her meticulous attention to detail, dedication, and goal-oriented approach play a pivotal role in driving our company's success.

Ross started working with the CSDG team in 2011 and has spent the last 10 years involved in almost all aspects of each of the Group’s successful residential project developments. With a longstanding career in finance, advertising, marketing, and now over 35 years in the residential property development industry, Ross brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the CSDG team. Ross has a passion for assisting the Group in bringing to the market well-planned, high quality and successful projects that are ideally focused on meeting and exceeding market expectations.

Nick has developed a broad skillset as a project architect for a number of years, managing and delivering complex residential mixed use projects through all phases within varying procurement methodologies. Originally hailing from Melbourne Victoria, where he gained over a decade of experience working with some of the industry’s leading architectural practices, Nick migrated to Queensland in 2005 and has since called Brisbane home. He has since expanded his residential portfolio of Architectural projects in collaboration with CS Development Group.

Sam comes in with a wealth of knowledge & experience and will be leading the site team at our LUMINA project (17 Cleveland St, Stones Corner)

Marco brings a wealth of experience to our team, holding an advanced diploma in Building and Construction Management along with an open builder's license. With over 25 years in the construction industry, his expertise is invaluable. Currently pursuing a Master of Project Management, Marco's dedication to professional growth is evident. He joins us as a key member of the team for our exciting Pavilion project.

Andrew has 18+ years of diverse board-level corporate, legal and strategy experience in the construction industry. He works alongside the company’s founder Steven Pantic, helping to oversee diverse parts of the business such as corporate strategy/planning, legal compliance.

Jayden Hinsbey is a talented Contracts Administrator with a Bachelor's degree in Urban Development (Honours in Construction Management). With invaluable experience in navigating complex construction challenges, Jayden joined CSDG to contribute to our company's growth. Committed, dedicated, and goal-oriented, Jayden plays a pivotal role in driving our success.

David Chen, a dedicated Contracts Administrator, joined CSDG in 2022, bringing a wealth of diverse experience in project conceptualization and asset handover. Holding an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering and a Site Supervisor Open Licence, David's background includes running a successful family business in Metal Fabrication and Structural Erection. With a track record of delivering intricate renovations and completing a 4-pack townhouse development, David is a young and ambitious professional driven to achieve remarkable results

Connor Everlyn currently working as a Structural Foreman of the Supervisor at CSDG, bringing a wealth of experience to construction projects with a focus on efficiency and quality. With a proven track record as a Site Manager at IQ Construct and Foreman at Mainbrace Constructions, he has successfully managed multimillion-dollar projects in the heath department, schools and new green field sites. Connor excels in reading plans, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring health and safety compliance. Holding various certifications, including an Advanced Diploma in Construction, Cert IV in Health & Safety, and a QBCC Open Supervisor license, he contributes strong communication and time management skills to dynamic projects.

Stacey has over 20 years of experience in office and asset management. She is the company’s chief accounts and warehouse manager. Stacey also assists with administration, payroll and general company correspondence.

Mike Chai joined CSDG as a Contracts Administrator, holding a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Accounting and Finance) and Master of Construction Practice. With a construction and financial background, Mike works closely with the project team to deliver projects successfully. Ambitious, dedicated, and detail-oriented, Mike adds great value to the CSDG.

With 29+ years of experience in the construction industry and holding an Advanced Diploma in Building and Construction and is a licensed Open Builder. Simon has well-developed skill set and a wide range of experience in the construction industry. Simon’s vast experience and attention to detail are certainly an asset to the team.

Irene, a Civil Engineering graduate from France, brings over a decade of experience in the Australian and international building industry. With a background in project management and contract administration, she excels in detail-oriented tasks and communication. Her transition to CSDG reflects her ambition to expand her skills in the residential sector within a supportive team environment.

Ravi is a highly dedicated professional with a Master of Business Administration and a Diploma of Building & Construction Management. He has over 12 years of experience in customer service and business management, and is skilled in professional relationship building, networking, and customer liaison. Ravi's knowledge and passion for customer-centric and project marketing is a valuable asset to the organization.

Ben commenced his career with CS Development Group in 2015. Throughout his career, Ben has been able to enhance his skill set through many courses of study to gain formal qualifications, and when coupled with his vast experience in the building industry he is a highly respected integral contributor to the CS Development Group team accomplishments.

Jason brings to the CSDG team over 25 years of a unique and hybrid skill set in design knowledge, and industry execution experience. He specialises in detailed integration and execution of cutting-edge design concepts and bespoke construction detailing. His passion and forte has been value adding to projects at the conceptual phase, and overseeing them through to delivery. Lifestyle experiences and ergonomics is primarily where Jason’s career was focused, mainly within the outdoor leisure and aquatic industry for high net worth clientele.

Rain emigrated to Australia from Estonia in 2013 and started his employment with CS Development Group in 2017. He possesses qualifications in Transport & Logistics from his life in Estonia.

Meet Jeremy, our invaluable assistant to the Work Health and Safety Manager. With qualifications in Work Health and Safety Management and First Aid, Jeremy ensures a safe working environment. Supporting the HSE manager and assisting our construction site team and supervisors, Jeremy plays a crucial role in maintaining safety protocols and optimizing project operations.

As an assistant to our crane operator, Jason plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the crane. They are responsible for securing the crane's load, directing the crane operator, and providing essential support to the construction team at the site. With their expertise and dedication, Jason contributes to the smooth execution of our projects.

David brings over 25 years of experience in Property Development, Residential Construction & Project Management to the company. He has worked regionally and interstate to build a portfolio of experience in modern design construction and multi-unit developments. He holds a registered QBCC Licence for residential construction. David enjoys the positive challenges which construction presents and the reward in producing a product which the market will enjoy.

Megan has joined the CSDG team with over 10 years of experience in project liaison, planning submission and asset management. She has been involved in the administration management of residential development and construction both regionally and interstate. While supporting the team from an administrative perspective, Megan is also liaising with clients as our Project Sales and Customer Relations officer.

Alex brings 20 years of building experience in residential construction.
He has owned and operated a Building & Maintenance company, including a portfolio of over 2000 rental properties across Brisbane. Holding a Certificate III in Carpentry & Joinery, and a Certificate IV in Building & Construction; Alex is experienced in a wide range of trades. He has worked closely with CSDG on maintenance issues over the past few years prior to joining our team and enjoys the challenges that the building industry brings and thrives on overcoming them.
