LUMINA // STONES CORNER // CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

Lumina is continuing to take shape, with strong progress across the building as we move closer to completion.

Plastering is now complete through to Level 11, with works progressing through the Level 12 recreational and amenity areas.

Kitchens have been installed through to Level 10, with installation now underway on Level 11.

Scaffolding is progressively coming down around the building, with some elevations already dropped to Level 8. Full scaffold removal is currently scheduled for 7 November.

Tower crane removal is expected in approximately four weeks — another major milestone for the project.

COMING SOON — FINAL RELEASE

With construction well advanced, a limited final release of apartments will soon be coming to market, including selected 1-, 2-and 3-bedroom residences and premium 3 bedroom + multi-purpose room apartments.
